What is the difference between the mesh head / acoustic head triggers. I know one is for mesh etc.. but what is the construction difference. Design ? Sensitivity? etc.. I have a great kit that I use rubber pads on along with my Pintech equipment and I was looking at finding a way to trigger the acoustic drums (For practice) without changing to mesh heads while keeping the pads on for volume. I would post a pix but cant figure out how

Thanks
Matt

The RS5's for mesh heads are just hotter/more sensitive. A mylar head is a pretty consistent surface, where mesh is more flexible, so for mesh the RS5 acoustic triggers have to be more sensitive for more accurate triggering.

If the Whole World followed you would you be happy with where you took it.
