Just purchased a 16" and 18" used flourescent red cymbals off ebay ($49 plus $12 shipping). I thought the price was an absolute steal! Just got them today. The top of each cymbal has a silver 'visulite' sticker with serial number, etc, etc. Underside of cymbal, directly under the sticker is the trigger. This looks like something from the 1970's. Not a trigger with a 1/4" cable plug, but a separate black and red connector to insert copper cable wire. You know, like for speakers on an old stereo system.

Is this an old style visulite? Homemade?

Is this going to be usable on my kit?

Thank you all!

Lorrie

Yes very old style VisuLite. Prior to Pintech purchasing the VisuLite line. And that is how you hook them up. As far as we know those old versions work like a champ.

If the Whole World followed you would you be happy with where you took it.
